What to expect

We want to find the best people for Peak, who know their stuff, share our values and feel like Peak is somewhere they’d be happy working. Our recruitment process is open, honest and fair – we’re not interested in trying to catch people out. 

You’ll have at least two interviews, be shown around the office and meet some of our team members. There’s usually a test or presentation, but we’ll give you plenty of time to prepare and make you feel at ease. Whether you’re successful or unsuccessful, we’ll give you constructive feedback.


We give all our employees competitive salaries, a minimum of 25 days of holiday and the option of a company pension scheme. Our Manchester office has shower facilities, free fruit and infused water, plus you can take advantage of subsidised membership of the local gym. We also offer interest-free season ticket loans for public transport and a Christmas savings scheme.
